Training Fee Refund Policy
Cancellations
- Cancellations up to one week prior to the training: Subject to a $25 processing fee.
- Cancellations between one week prior to the training and 24 hours before the start of the training: Eligible for a 50% refund or the full payment may be applied to another training within 1 year.
- Cancellations after training has begun: No refunds will be issued; however, full payment may be applied to another training within 1 year.
Special Consideration for the Bundle Deal
For participants who purchase the Bundle Deal (Basic Mediation Training (BMT), Family Mediation Training (FMT), and the (Practicum):
- If you begin the Basic Mediation Training (BMT) and determine it is not the right fit for you, you may request a partial refund of 40% from the original Bundle Deal price.
Forfeiture of Funds
- Funds paid but not used after 1 year from the date of cancellation will be forfeited.
