The training also addresses the Rescue Triangle dynamics and strategies to avoid getting stuck. Participants learn to build and maintain trust using the Sincerity, Reliability, Care, and Competence model to manage the cycle of commitment preventing miscommunication. Additionally, they develop skills to give and receive feedback effectively, employing the 6 “I” formats to ensure constructive dialogue and action planning.
